This is the BEST protein packed light breakfast. It will ROCK your taste buds. Sweet and Savory all in one!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Cock Brand Sweet Chilli Sauce For Chicken
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 pouch) Chicken of the Sea Premium Wild-Caught Pink Salmon (Pouch)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 wedge) Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges
   

q Directions

1 salmon packet
1 egg
2 whites
1 wedge Laughing Cow Swiss cheese
1-2 Tsp chili sauce (this sauce isn't the healthiest but in small amounts its awesome and is the key! Ingredient)
1-2 pieces of whole wheat minimal processed bread or Eziekel bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Put the salmon in a pan and saute' for 2-3min on medium add salt and pepper and set aside (salmon is already cooked so it doesn't take long it just browns a little bit )

Make the eggs adding salt and pepper in a separate pan

Toast bread. Spread the laughing cow cheese over the piece(s) of bread. Top with salmon and then cooked eggs and drizzle the chili sauce on top!
