Very easy sandwich with cheese

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 cup, chopped Green Peppers
  •  1 cup, crumbs White Bread
  •  100 g American Cheese
   

q Directions

Peppers are washed, cleaned of stems and seeds and cut into pieces. Mix with grated cheese, and beaten eggs. Mix well and carefully distributed over a slice of bread. Sandwiches are baked in the upper wire mode. Serve warm.
