  •  3/4 cup, fresh Cooked Spinach (from Fresh)
  •  1 medium spear (5-1/4" to 7" long) Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Mrs. Dash Table Blend
  •  1 small (2-1/2" dia) Gala Apples
  •  1 oz, boneless, cooked, skinless Skinless Chicken Breast
   

q Directions

Directions: Saute spinach and asparagus separately in greased pans. Slice apple and sauté. Cut up baked chicken. Mix all together (add some Mrs. Dash) and top with a little lemon juice!
