Quick & easy 'dilla fold! Only 5 ingredients! I was running low on groceries and I was so glad this actually came out yummy. Give it a try!
1. Mash 1/3 cup of garbanzo beans with
1 tbsp of your favorite hot sauce (more if you love spicy, like me!) and spread on half of a whole grain/wheat wrap tortilla.
2. Cut 1/4 avocado into cubes and place them on top of the garbanzo spread.
3. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped green onions. 4. Fold over and grill on both sides until browned.
5. Cut in half and serve it with 2 tbsp Greek yogurt for dipping!
