  •  1 tsp Black Pepper
  •  0.15 oz Cilantro (Coriander)
  •  1 clove Garlic
  •  10 sprigs Parsley
  •  2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Cayenne Pepper
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Trader Joe's Himalayan Pink Salt Crystals
  •  2.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Goya Chick Peas
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) 365 Organic Tahini

🍵1 can low sodium chickpeas drained and rinsed
🍵 2 large roasted red peppers
🍵 1 clove garlic
🍵 juice of 1 lemon
🍵 2 tbsp olive oil
🍵 1/4 Cup fresh parsley
🍵 1/4 cup tahini
🍵 2 tsp cumin
🍵 1 tsp coriander
🍵 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
🍵 1 tsp black pepper
🍵 1/2 tsp sea salt
