³ Description

A super easy appetizer that is sure to be an instant crowd pleaser!

² Ingredients

  •  1 tablespoon Light or Lite Cream Cheese
  •  0.125 cup Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
  •  12 pepper Jalapeno Peppers

q Directions

For a dozen peppers. 1) make a small slice, lengthwise, in each pepper and bake for about 20 minutes at 175C. (Its important to make the slice first as they're much easier to slice when raw) 2) in a bowl, mix 3 teaspoons of light cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of ricotta, and as much or as little sriracha as you think you can handle ;) 3) after peppers finish baking, scoop out the seeds and spoon a little of the spicy cheese mixture into each. 4) pop back into the oven until the cheese is just melted. A sure crowd pleaser! Ingredients can easily be adjusted to add more cheese if desired.
