³ Description

These are really yummy, and super quick and easy, especially for an on-the-go breakfast

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 cup Egg White
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese
  •  3/4 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Spice Classics Garlic Powder
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together all ingredients except feta cheese and black pepper. Pour into greased muffin tins, fill 2/3 full, and top with feta cheese and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for five minutes, then take out of muffin tins and let cool for five more minutes. You can serve these either warm or cold. It's up to you.
