Simple and flavorful breakfast burrito. Its like dessert but for breakfast!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortillas
  •  1 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
  •  1/8 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Chia Seeds
  •  1/4 cup Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese
  •  1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Jay Robb Unflavored Whey Protein
  •  0.12 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Strawberry Cheesecake Burrito

Ingredients:
- 1 ezekiel tortilla
- 2 strawberries
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Take 2 strawberries and microwave them for about 20-30 seconds and mash with a fork. Add 1/2 tsp chia seeds mix and allow it to sit while you make the rest so it can thicken.

Meanwhile, mix a heaping 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 tbsp unflavored whey protein, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

Take the ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla and place the cottage cheese mixture in the center and spread. Then place the strawberry chia jam on top of the mixture. Fold over and cook on a griddle, pan, or panini press spray with non-stick spray. Cook then flip.

Top with 1/8 cup non fat greek yogurt mixed with 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and sliced strawberries. Then Devour!
