I made these this morning and just melted from the deliciousness - such fudgy, chocolatey sweet goodness right there Perfect for low-carbers and those sweet tooth cravings

q Directions

Combine all ingredients, except strawberries and 2tbsp cocoa powder, in a bowl and mash together with a fork. Start with 1/4c almond milk and if the consistency looks too dry, add the extra milk - 1 tsp at a time. The end mixture should be quite wet but still be able to hold its shape when moulded. Take a little of your mixture, flatten it out and pop a piece of strawberry in the middle then shape into a ball. Roll this in your 2tbsp cacao powder and repeat with remaining mixture. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
