  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Great Value 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) Healthy Life Low Carb Bread

q Directions

I made stuffed french toast, using @thinslimfoods bread, topped with greek yogurt mixed with a little chocolate shakeology with a dollop of peanut butter. I made my peanut butter and banana sandwich. Then I soaked it in a mixture of egg whites, almond milk and cinnamon. Then cooked it on both sides for a few minutes.
