Regular sushi takes a lot time and special equipment to make. This recipe is the next best thing to sushi when you get an uncontrollable sushi craving :p

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 piece) Roland Nori Dried Seaweed
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/4 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (Peeled)
  •  1/4 cup, sliced Mangos
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (141 g)) Instant Brown Rice
  •  1.3 serving (serving = 3 pieces) Meijer Crab Sticks
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tsp) Tsunami Roasted Sesame Seeds
  •  0.3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
   

q Directions

Ingredients:
1 cup microwaveable brown rice
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
dash salt

4 sticks imitation crab
1/4 avocado cubed
1/4 cup mango/ pineapple
1/4 cup cucumber chopped
1/2 sheet ripped up nori
sprinkle of sesame seeds
dash soy sauce (if desired)

cut and prepare all ingredients. Microwave rice cup. Add rice vinegar and salt to rice. Mix in ripped up nori until combined. Throw all other ingredients on top and enjoy :)
