Low carb, high protein, sweet and spicy, beanless chili.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kroger Corn Starch
  •  1 tbsp Chili Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Swanson Unsalted Beef Cooking Stock
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
  •  1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Tomatoes
  •  1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
  •  1 oz Mushrooms
  •  1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Sweet Red Peppers
  •  1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Green Peppers
  •  100 g Ground Turkey
  •  100 g Ground Chicken
   

q Directions

Cook the meet until brown and small chunks.

Saute onions until caramelized, then add mushrooms and peppers. Set aside.

Slice jalapenos into thin rings.

Peel and dice tomatoes.

Add everything to large pot, add beef stock and seasonings. Mix well. Cook over low heat.

Add corn starch 20mins prior to removing from stove to thicken.
