Sweeten up your morning with this protein packed treat

q Directions

Pre-Heat Oven at 400 degrees

In a Bowl, Whisk 3 Egg Whites

Fold in:

1 TB Almond Meal

1 TB Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 TB Unsweetened Apple Sauce

2 TB Unsweetened Almond Milk

Dash of Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Sweetener of Choice - I used 1 teaspoon of Coconut Sugar

1/4 Cup of your favorite fruit, diced

(I used Fresh Peach & Fresh Mango)

Pour into non-stick 8 inch pan, you can lightly grease it, if desired. You can use a cake pan or an oven-safe skillet

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through

Remove from pan & serve!

I topped my ‘Fruit’tata with some diced Banana, Mango & Chopped Walnuts
