² Ingredients

  •  3.5 oz Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled)
  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  1/4 cup, dry, yields Oatmeal
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
   

q Directions

Line a 6 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving.
