The sweet potato paired with cinnamon makes for a comforting fall breakfast! Or dessert!

q Directions

Grind oats into a flour. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, flip, and let cook for another minute or two. Load with toppings and devour!

I topped mine with cashew butter cream (3 tbsp greek yogurt, 1 tbsp cashew butter, stevia, and water), a healthy chocolate sauce (1 tbsp cocoa powder, stevia, and 1-2tbsp almond milk), and Ezekiel cinnamon raisin cereal.
