Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry Bowl <3

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup, grated Carrots
  •  1 cup, chopped Snow or Sugar Snap Peas
  •  1 large Onions
  •  1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Green Peppers
  •  1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Sweet Peppers
  •  1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet Red Peppers
  •  6 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kikkoman Oyster Sauce
  •  6 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
  •  2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  •  6 serving (serving = 1 tsp) XyloSweet Xylitol
  •  48 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Bragg Liquid Aminos
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
  •  2.5 lb Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat)
   

q Directions

Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry
1.2 KG Inside Round Steak
½ Cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 TB Xylitol
2 TB Teriyaki Sauce
2 TB Worcestershire Sauce
2 TB Lite Soy Sauce
1 TB Oyster Sauce
2 TB Siracha Hot Sauce
1 Cup Grated Carrot
1 Red, Yellow & Orange Bell Pepper Sliced
100 Grams Snow Peas
1 Large Onion Sliced

Mix all the sauces with sugar and place on the side. Slice the Steak really thin against the grain and toss in the marinate. Let the beef marinate over night.

The next day sliced bell pepper onions and grate carrots. In a large non-stick skillet add pam spray and in a single layer place beef strips. Cook for 2 mins per side for medium done steak. With the remaining liquid from the marinate sauté the vegetables in that, Serve with Brown Rice. Makes 7-8 Servings
