q Directions

*vanilla extract in ingredients= peppermint extract
Grind oats into flour
Combine oats, 2tsp cocoa powder, mint extract, a little sweeterner (to your taste) and apple sauce. Press into a mini springform pan and bake for 10-15 min at 350F, until crunchy

Meanwhile...
dissolve gelatin in 1/4c boiling water
Blend the rest of the ingredients (w/ stevia to your taste) then add gelatin
Once crust is done, pour filling in and let set for at least 2 hours
