Crispy & Lightly Dressed Green Bean Salad

² Ingredients

  •  1.5 cup Green String Beans
  •  1/8 tsp Yellow Mustard Seed
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Cannellini White Beans
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Organic Kidney Beans
   

q Directions

Trim Ends off Green Beans & cut in Half
Lightly Steam 1 1/2 cups (for 2-3 minutes) - should be crisp & bright green

In a Bowl, Mix:
1t Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1t Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8t Mustard Seeds
Add Green Beans and 1/4 cup each of (thoroughly rinsed) Kidney Beans & Cannellini Beans
Sprinkle with Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
