Easiest protein pancakes ever! So delicious, so healthy, and so versatile! Excellent with added fruit and/or protein powder as well!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1. combine egg whites, greek yogurt, and quick oats.

2. Heat griddle on medium, and distribute batter into 5 equal pancakes. (brush with coconut oil, or spray with non-stick spray)

3. Flip after approx 5 mins, or when bottom of pancake is golden brown.

Options: switch yogurt for cottage cheese
Add-in options: vanilla, cinnamon, fruit, protein powder, etc.
