Whipped Blackberry Cream on top of two toasted flax and fiber Sandwich Thins sprinkled with organic Sunflower seeds, Hemp hearts, and organic unsweetened Coconut flakes
Place two halves of sandwich thin in toaster oven and begin toasting.
While toasting the bread, mix yogurt and jam together in a bowl vigorously with a fork to whip them together and allow them to combine completely.
Spread cream evenly on each half of sandwich thin and then place back in toaster oven for a minute to let the heat warm and semi-melt the cream.
