Pancakes are just amazing but "Conconut Mango Stuffed Pancakes" are even better!

q Directions

- Mix all your pancake ingredients except for the chopped fruit, then pour 2/3 of you amount of the mixture for one pancake on your skillet and then add the pieces of chopped fruit and top off with the other 1/3 of the mixture for one pancake. Wait for 1 minute or until brown, flip and wait for another minute. Repeat the step for the other 5 pancakes! This mixture makes 5 pancakes. -For the syrup just mix your ingredients and pour over your stack. Peace Out
