High Protein Triple Chocolate Pancakes with a Chocolate Peanut Butter Glaze.

q Directions

For the pancakes:
Combine 1 scoop chocolate whey, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 2 egg whites, 1/8 C applesauce, 1/4 tsp baking powder in a bowl.
Pour batter onto skillet on medium heat, cook pancakes about 1 min each side.
Makes 3 pancakes.

For the glaze:mix creamy peanut butter, honey, remaining chocolate whey, cocoa powder and coconut milk until desired consistency.

Top with strawberries (optional)
