³ Description

Great healthy salad full of protein and fibre! Great for lunch or as a side item with your meals!

² Ingredients

  •  1 can (6.5 oz), drained Tuna in Water (Canned)
  •  100 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  1 small (3" long) Young Green Onions
  •  1 cup, chopped Carrots
  •  1 cup chopped Celery
  •  1 bunch Spinach
  •  1 cup, chopped Sweet Red Peppers
  •  15 oz Red Kidney Beans (Canned)
  •  1 cup, chopped Red Onions
   

q Directions

Chop vegetables of your choice into a bowl. Drain Kidney Beans & Tuna out of the can and add to bowl. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Drizzle 4 tablespoons of olive oil and red wine vinaigrette. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
