Quick, easy and protein packed

² Ingredients

  •  100 g Broccoli
  •  100 g Cauliflower
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 oz) Harris Teeter 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Southeastern Mills Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Original
   

q Directions

Brown turkey with onion and seasonings. Meanwhile roughly chop and cook cauliflower and broccoli until tender. Drain and add to the turkey mixture. Mix cheese sauce powder with almond milk as per the packages directions. Poor cheese sauce over turkey cauliflower mixture. Transfer to an oven safe ramekin and broil until hot and slightly crispy.
