q Directions

Set a pan onto a medium heat and spray with 1cal cooking spray
add ingredients to a bowl and blend up
add as much batter as you like depending on the size of pancakes you want
fry for about 1-2mins on first side, flip, then fry for about 1 minor until you can comfortably move it around in the pan
repeat process for the remaining batter
