Delicious muffins with added protein in them as well. Great for breakfast or even a snack!

² Ingredients

  •  2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  2 tsp Baking Soda
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Precision Engineered Whey Protein Powder - Creamy Vanilla
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill Spelt Flour
  •  1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Walnuts
  •  16 serving (serving = 1 packet) Pure Via Stevia
  •  1.25 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas and add all wet ingredients to them. Mix all dry ingredients together and fold. Line muffin tins or spray with oil and fill 1/2 (they expand massively!) Let bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown on top. Let cook and enjoy!
