Vanilla protein pancakes, with vanilla protein sludge.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/12 package) Betty Crocker SuperMoist White Cake Mix
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Pillsbury All Purpose Flour
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 cookies) Oreo Birthday Cake
  •  2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey - Vanilla
   

q Directions

Create your vanilla batter, split however many oreos you want, and also create your protein sludge. Cook your pancakes on each side for 30-45secs. Once done, stack them and pour your protein sludge over the top like you would syrup. Place your oreos where ever you desire. The meal can be tailored towards your goals, the picture shows a double serving since it fit my personal macros for the day. You can substitute oat flour or coconut flour is you dont want to use standard all purpose flour.
