Easy to make, healthy and super delicious!

² Ingredients

  •  6 medium Egg
  •  1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 tsp Olive Oil
  •  6 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
  •  1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 oz) Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese
   

q Directions

Beat eggs with chopped vegetables and salt and pepper. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Pour into greased dish and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
