A healthier spin on a "Cone" Bowl!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Maranatha No Stir Crunchy Almond Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz)
  •  1 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Madhava Coconut Sugar
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 serving) Sweetriot Cacao Nibs
   

q Directions

In a Bowl, Mix:

1 TB Natural Almond Butter (I used a crunchy one for some added texture)

1/4 Cup Oats

1/2 TB Ground Flaxseed

Place parchment paper into another bowl and mold “cone" into bowl.

Let sit in the frig overnight, covered.

The next morning, remove from paper (it should still be quite flexible- to stiffen up, freeze for about 20-30 minutes)

Fill with whatever you like!

ChefTiffy’s Version:

2 Sliced Fresh Strawberries

6oz. Plain Non-Fat Chobani, mixed with 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Topped with a Sprinkle of Coconut Sugar and 1/2 TB Cacao Nibs
