Moist and soft banana bread waffles! A delicious breakfast version of one of my favorite snacks!

q Directions

Mix together 1 mashed banana, 1/3 cup oat flour, 2tsp coconut flour, 2 egg whites, a sprinkle each of cinnamon and nutmeg and about 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Pour into a pre-heated and sprayed waffle maker and enjoy once that light turns green! Top with walnuts, more cinnamon, peanut butter and/or maple syrup!
