³ Description

These waffles are slightly different than the protein ones, but are nonetheless a good source of protein & also a bit of fiber. Since these are non-sweet, they go really well with eggs or other hearty foods like ham or cheese. You can play around with the seasoning, to make them taste to your own liking.

² Ingredients

  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Now Foods Psyllium Husks
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Walgreens Whey Protein
   

q Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, make sure you don't have lumps. Add a seasoning to your liking.
Heat your waffle maker and spray it with some non-stick spray. Pour the batter onto the waffle maker and cook them in 3-4 minutes.
