The balance of the peanut butter and cheesecake flavor is perfect. It makes you almost feel guilty for this sinless treat!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Meijer Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter
  •  13 serving (serving = 2-4 drops) Whole Foods Market Liquid Stevia Drops
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey Peanut Butter Marshmallow
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  16 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Double Chocolate Chunk
   

q Directions

Blend all of the ingredients (except for the quest bar) until even (use english toffee flavored stevia). Microwave the quest bar for 10 seconds to soften. Then press and flatten into the bottom of a ramekin that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray. Pour your blended mixture on top of the quest bar in the ramekin. Bake everything at 325 F for 30-35 minutes. Then refrigerate for 6 hours. Slice into 4 pieces and serve!
