A seasonal, healthy, delicious dessert with a naughty filling! ;)

q Directions

Recipe ~ mix the following together in a bowl; 3T oat flour, 1T coconut flour, 1 egg white, 1/2t baking powder, 3T pumpkin puree, 1T almond milk, 1t pumpkin pie spice, 1/2t cinnamon, 4 drops french vanilla stevia (or 1 packet stevia). Transfer 3/4 of mixture to greased mug or silicon baking cups (I used 2 baking cups for 2 smaller cakes), add a dollop of cookie butter and top with remaining cake batter. Microwave for a minute and a half and devour!!
