A low calorie option to the real thing that tastes just as good!

² Ingredients

  •  8 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
  •  5 serving (serving = 1 wedge) Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges
  •  2.5 serving (serving = 3 slices) Butterball Thin & Crispy Turkey Bacon
   

q Directions

1) Wash the peppers. 2) Cut peppers in half long ways and de-vein, make sure to remove all seeds! 3) Stuff the peppers with any flavor laughing cow cheese (My favorite is garlic and herb). 4) Cut turkey bacon in half then wrap each half around a pepper and secure with a toothpick. 5) Place in oven at 450 degrees for 10-13 minutes until the bacon is cooked. 6) Take out, let cool, and ENJOY!

I typed it incorrectly when submitting the recipe, you only need 8 slices of turkey bacon for this recipe! Each slice is cut in half to wrap around the 16 popper this makes!
