These Donuts are sooooo delicious and barely any calories with a yumm-o peanut butter frosting! Who doesn’t want to have chocolate for breakfast?! Try my lovely protein donuts today.

² Ingredients


q Directions

Directions for Donuts:
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
-Grease donut pan with coconut oil spray
-Melt coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds
-Mix together donut ingredients (oat flour, egg, egg white, chocolate protein powder, fat-free greek yogurt, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, Truvia)
-Pour batter into pan
-Cook for ten minutes
-Repeat above steps to make 6 more donuts

Directions for frosting:
-Mix together frosting ingredients (6 tbsp. Tru-Nut/Pb2, 3 tbsp. almond milk, 40g vanilla protein, Truvia)
-Let cool in the fridge while donuts bake
-Once donuts cool flip donuts upside down and coat with frosting
-Top donuts with sprinkes, chocolate chips, mini peanut butter cups..etc.

Never mind. I found where I went wrong. I added 1 C of milk instead of 1/2 C. A word of advice: the ingredients section of this recipe is not in simplest form. When putting a recipe together for people to use you want to provide simplicity in order to make it more convenient for people to use. Looks yummy. Great idea!


When you make this recipe does your batter come out very liquidy? I'm trying to recreate the recipe so it might have just been that I left out the protein & peanut butter powders but considering that I only left out 2 scoops & 6 tbsp of protein powder & PB powder it still shouldn't have been so watery. To thicken it up I added tapioca but next time I make this recipe I may have to just reduce the amount of liquids used.
