Protein Cinnamon Roll Cookies

q Directions

Heat a cinnamon roll quest bar in the microwave for 10 seconds. Cut into 8 pieces and roll into circles on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake for 6 minutes at 350. Protein filling is 1/2 TBSP coconut flour, 1 scoop myofusion cinnamon protein powder, and enough water to make it sticky. Spread on 4 cookies once cooled and smash another on top.
