q Directions

Preheat oven 350F
Grind whole psyllium into powder
Mix together psyllium and coconut flour
Add wet ingredients- water should be boiling
Form into rolls or pour into 2 mini loaf pans or 1lb loaf pan.

This was an expensive disaster. The proportions of coconut flour, psyllium husk (both of which absorb a lot of water) to wet ingredients are wrong. It turned out like rubber and was inedible. Shame, if anyone has tweeked it, please share.
