Delicious Tuna and Sweet Potato cakes, give it a try!

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup, mashed Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled)
  •  1 can (6.5 oz), drained Tuna in Water (Canned)
  •  1 tbsp chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
   

q Directions

Mix all ingredients and shape into small paties and fry with a little coconut oil (you don't need much at all!) delicious!

Makes 4 patties (1 serving)
