It is fall! That means yummy pumpkin recipes. And I love some good apples and pumpkin together. Lets see what we can spice up!
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut chops through the side but not all the way through.
Sautee chopped apple pieces with cinnamon on stove or microwave for about a minute.
Line pan with foil.
Spray pan with olive oil.
Heat chops on each side for about a minute or until light brown on stovetop.
Place chops in pan and stuff with apple spice mixture.
Mix pumpkin and syrup for glaze. Can add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
Glaze the chops and cook for 20-30 min. They vary so just watch them.
Glaze again when done cooking and enjoy!
