Blueberries and bacon? A combination you cannot miss! A burst of flavour in every bite! Clean eating pancakes without the bacon as well!

Blend pancake batter together (1/2 c + 1/8 c oat flour, 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp egg whites, 1/2 c unsw. almond milk, 1 tbsp cacao nibs and a Dash of water for better consistency).

Directions Blend pancake batter together. And cook pancakes on both sides. Blend blueberry paste (1/2 c blueberries 1/4 c greek yogurt 1 tbsp stevia Chocolate drizzle 1 tbsp PB & co dark chocolate 2 tbsp unsw. almond milk 2 strips bacon 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup ) and spread between layers. Build how you please and eat in less than a minute!. And cook pancakes on both sides. Blend blueberry paste and spread between layers. Build how you please and eat in less than a minute! Add blueberries between layers if desired!
