For all the lemon lovers out there, a clean, scrumptious lemon loaf with loaded protein!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal Flour
  •  1/4 cup, whole Flaxseed Seeds
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Sue Bee Honey
  •  2 tbsp Poppy Seed
  •  1 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 cup Egg White
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Stater Bros. Cottage Cheese Fat Free
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 tsp) Trader Joe's Stevia Extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then combine.
Put mixture in loaf pan and let bake for 25 minutes. Let cool, then add the icing.


This recipe also calls for 2 tbsp of lemon zest. I could not find it on the ingredients.
