³ Description

Super delicious, super easy recipe. Keep this delicious chicken on hand all week for easy meals. Toss into a salad or add into a quesadilla..the possibilities are endless!

² Ingredients

  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
  •  10 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Pace Chunky Hot Salsa
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Spice Islands Mexican Oregano
  •  8 breast, bone and skin removed Skinless Chicken Breast
   

q Directions

For this yummy dish...place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot..as many as you wish or will fit. Salt&pepper the chicken. Pour in enough chunky salsa so that chicken is just covered.(I used 1 whole jar). At the end I sprinkled some garlic powder, mexican oregano, and some chopped green chilies. Spices are optional. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Enjoy! Easily shreds apart with a fork.
