Delicious, moist, chocolate cake! Keto and Paleo friendly

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Recipe:
-1/3c unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/4c coconut flour
-3 eggs
-1/2c lite coconut milk (full fat works too, but I just bought the wrong one)
-1/4c coconut oil or grass-fed butter, melted
-1/2tsp vanilla extract
-stevia (25-40 drops)
-topping (optional): 14-28g stevia chocolate chips

1) mix dry ingredients together
2) in a separate bowl blend together the liquid of the ingredients
3) stir the liquid ingredients into the dry
4) pour into a 6" dia cake pan
5) bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes
6) top with chocolate chips as soon as it gets out
