Who doesn't love moose tracks ice cream? Now you can enjoy those same flavors in pancake form; vanilla peanut butter and chocolate swirled oat pancakes layered with chocolate protein filling, peanuts, and dark chocolate dreams.

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme Protein Powder
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Peanut Butter & Co White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Muscle Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Baker's Corner Baking Cocoa
  •  0.3 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1/4 cup, shelled, halves and whole Peanuts
   

q Directions

Moose tracks inspired pancakes - makes 4-5 pancakes

- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- almond milk

Combine ingredients adding just enough milk to form a batter. Separate the batter into two bowls. To one bowl add

- 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp white chocolate wonderful pb, melted
- almond milk

And to the other bowl add

- 1/4 scoop Chocolate protein powder
- dark chocolate dreams pb, melted
- 1 large spoonful baking cocoa
- almond milk

Mix well and make sure to add just enough milk so your batter is smooth. Heat a skillet and add a spoonful of each batter. Make sure the two batters are touching so you have a pancake with half of the vanilla and half chocolate. Cook a few minutes in each side and repeat until all of your batter is used up. Set aside to let cool while you prepare the filling.

Chocolate filling
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 spoonful dark chocolate dreams

Layer filling inbetwen pancakes and top of with peanuts.
