  •  1 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Performance Whey Isolate Vanilla Shake
  •  2 cup Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  4 serving (serving = 3/4 tsp) Truvia Sweetener
  •  0.8 serving (serving = 1 serving (122 g)) Applesauce Unsweetened
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Trader Joe's 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
   

q Directions

Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla whey
2 cups of oats ground into a flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp truvia
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1 x 100g pot of applesauce
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and add in the wet to form a batter. Pour the mixture into a silicone loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes.

Top with a lemon glaze once cool made of:
1 scoop vanilla whey
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
