² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 serving (90 g)) Skinless Chicken Breast
  •  2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  •  2 tbsp Onion Powder
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Seasoning
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Famoso Roasted Red Pepper
  •  1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 serving) Tre Stelle Light Feta Cheese
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Filet your chicken breasts so the breast folds open, if you are not sure how to do this, use our ever so accessible friend named google! Season eat chicken breast with the spices, and place baby spinach on one side of the chicken breast. Add roast red pepper on top and then sprinkle on your feta cheese. Close chicken like a sandwich, use toothpick to keep down if needed. Cook for 30 mins. Serve and enjoy!
