A super healthy roll recipe

² Ingredients

  •  3 large leaf Lettuce
  •  1 oz Avocados
  •  1 oz Black Beans
  •  1/2 cup, cooked Quinoa (Cooked)
   

q Directions

Made lettuce wraps. So quick, healthy and yummy. I forgot to take the picture of the filling but I mixed 1/2 cup quinoa with 1/3 cup black beans, avocado, chili/salt/pepper and lemon juice. Thats it Put in the middle of the lettuce and wrap. Enjoy.
