This popular breakfast dish is "healthified" but is still full of flavor! Apples, cinnamon, and raisin cinnamon peanut butter make this French toast dish super yummy!
1.) Heat non-stick pan on stovetop over medium heat.
2.) In a small, flat dish, whisk together egg whites, milk, and cinnamon.
3.) Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and cook on stovetop about 2-4 minutes on each side.
4.) Once toast is cooked, top with apples, peanut butter and syrup. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
