Hey fitfam! Borrowed some cake pans from my neighbor. Had nothing at home so I first thought I would have to use a normal pan. Glad I had not to because I am not sure if it would have been that good.

q Directions

All you need is 750g low fat quark cheese (curd cheese), 150g semolina, 3 eggs, 50g honey, stevia,a pinch of salt and baking powder and 50g almonds. Just mix everything in a bowl except the almonds. Take a medium spring form pan and layer some baking sheet in it. Put the batter in top it with the almonds. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30minutes. Let it cool down for 30 minutes. The cake will lower down so please don’t wonder. If you like to you could add some dried cranberries or even fresh fruit.
