I have been craving chocolate in a big way since I am a baker and have been making chocolate cakes for clients. All ingredients are blended in one bowl, therefore minimal cleanup required. This hit the spot and tasted like a warm chocolate cake. 👅Yum (only 1 tbsp of almond flour was used)

I blended the ingredients until smooth with an immersion blender. I added large spoonfuls of batter to a nonstick pan with a bit of coconut oil. Smaller pancakes are easier to turn over. Any larger and it breaks easily. Add almonds or any nut for a crunchy texture. I did not add almonds to every pancake.
